Nuovamente sul latte di v(c)acca. Post che non piacerà ai "lattivori"

Perché non dovresti consumare latte e latticini?

Il latte materno (non vaccino) è l’alimento fondamentale per lo svezzamento del neonato che tipicamente avviene nei cacciatori raccoglitori verso i 2-3 anni di età.

Bere latte vaccino o di altre specie animali è una pratica insensata e malsana sia per i bambini che per gli adulti, poiché incrementa il rischio di molte malattie croniche e non aggiunge alla dieta micronutrienti che non possano essere ottenuti da verdura e frutta fresca, carne, pesce o frutta secca.

Gli umani non solo non hanno necessità del latte vaccino ma non sono nemmeno progettati per berlo. È un cibo alieno al nostro genoma.

Visto che so che state per chiedermi quali sono i problemi specifici che può causare, vi anticipo facendovi un elenco:
    1. Tra tutti i cibi, il latte vaccino consumato dagli umani è la prima sorgente di allergie alimentari
    2. Il consumo in tenera età di latte vaccino (prima di 1-2 anni di età) negli infanti incrementa il rischio del diabete di tipo
    3. Il latte vaccino è coinvolto in una varietà di malattie autoimmuni che include ma non si limita alla:
      - sclerosi multipla,
      - diabete di tipo 1,
      - morbo di Crohn e
      - la colite ulcerosa
      - Parkinson
    4. In vasti studi epidemiologici pubblicati dalla Harvard School of Public Health, si è dimostrato come il latte sia fortemente connesso con l’acne
    5. Far consumare latte vaccino agli infanti o anche alla loro madre durante il periodo di allattamento si è dimostrato come causa di coliche nei bambini.
    6. Il latte vaccino è correlato con la promozione di attacchi cardiaci, che in Italia è importante ricordare come siano la prima causa di morte della popolazione
    7. Il latte contiene una lunga lista di oltre 75 ormoni e peptidi bioattivi che interagiscono con i villi intestinali causando permeabilità intestinale.Questo conduce tutta una serie di sostanze al di là delle nostre difese, interferisce con il sistema immunitario indebolendolo e mandandolo in tilt, aggredendo le nostre normali funzioni fisiologiche.
    8. Uno dei più pericolosi è l’insulina delle vacche, che è coinvolta nel causare diabete di tipo 1 nei bambini. Sono anche allarmanti gli estrogeni trovati nel latte vaccino.
    9. Uno di questi estrogeni, noto come estrone solfato entra facilmente nel nostro flusso sanguigno non appena avvenuta l’ingestione del latte.Una continua presenza ed elevazione di questi estrogeni nelle donne aumenta il rischio di cancro al seno e alle ovaie, mentre negli uomini il cancro alla prostata ed ai testicoli.
    10. Da ultimo ma non per ultimi, lattosio e caseine che sono veri e propri veleni per il sapiens.
Il vero mito però che continua ad invadere il settore, è il fatto che il latte sia indispensabile per l’assunzione di calcio.

Primi dati noti a tutti: le popolazioni occidentali che consumano latte e derivati e si “curano” con questi, hanno una incidenza di osteoporosi molto maggiore delle popolazioni orientali che il latte invece non lo bevono affatto. Pare ovvio come i medici abbiano sbagliato qualcosa.

Secondariamente, il vero problema è che il latte è acido, quindi per processarlo il corpo è costretto a sciogliere dalle ossa i preziosi carbonati che tamponano basicamente la digestione del liquido infame e velenoso.

Quindi il calcio che bruciamo nel processo di tamponamento alcalino sarebbe comunque più di quello ingerito attraverso il latte stesso.

Terzo, e qui è la novità delle ultime ricerche, la situazione è ancora peggiore di così. Il calcio del latte non è solo minore rispetto a quello che il latte stesso ci costringe a “bruciare” dalle ossa.

Il calcio del latte vaccino è proprio non biodisponibile per gli esseri umani. Ergo, quand’anche non ci fosse il problema dell’acidità, noi il calcio dal latte di vacca non lo assimileremmo comunque.

Un motivo in più, se vi servisse, per disfarvi di questo pernicioso sub-alimento spazzatura e di tutti i suoi derivati.
